Diana Penty is an Indian model and film actress. Diana is best known for her role in movie "Cocktail". Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone are her co star in this movie.She is playing character of Meera. Meera is a pretty girl with desi values and attire, who comes to London from Delhi for a fresh start.

Diana was born on 2 November 1985 in Mumbai.Her mother is Christian, and father Parsi. She has never faced any opposition from her parents, who have been extremely encouraging about her decisions.Diana has completed her Bachelors in Mass Media from St Xavier's, Mumbai.She hopes to pursue studies at a later date but, for now, being a model is all she wants to think of. She signed with Elite Model Management in 2005 and is one of the faces of cosmetics company Maybelline New York.. She has walked in numerous fashion weeks and has worked with Indian designers.

 First show: The Indo-Italian Festival held in three cities in September 2005. She did the show for Trussadi and Ferre. Penty has done a lot of ramp shows with Marc Robinson, a print campaign for Westside, and a shoot for Wendell
